SARCOIDS

We have experience in dealing with a variety of different skin lesions including sarcoids. We usually take a photograph of the sarcoid and refer it on to the University of Liverpool Sarcoid referral service who will provide us with the necessary drug treatments. These drugs are usually cytotoxic and need to be applied by a vet for a number of treatments. Occasionally sedation is required to apply/inject the drugs and resolving the sarcoid can take considerable time and effort. But it is always better to treat any sarcoid early, aggressively and completely. We supply a quote at the start of the treatment as sometimes a considerable financial commitment is involved.
